The few times my husband I have eaten here, it has never been a pleasant dining experience. I realize that this is not a 5 star restaurant, however, the basic rules of customer service still apply. The food is okay - if it comes out right. If it doesn't (e.g. a ""well done"" burger comes out pink to the edges) and has to be sent back, be prepared to wait 25-30 minutes for it to return. I was told 1 - 2 minutes and the server didn't come back once with an update or to refill our ""endless"" chips and salsa or drinks to tide me over while I waited. My husband finished his meal before me while I was left digging through the crumbs. I had to flag a different server down to find out where my server was. When my food finally came back it was not even complete - missing the fries and I had to wait yet another 5 minutes and the server was extremely nonchalant about the whole thing. All the while seated near the kitchen and hearing them cracking jokes and going on cigarette breaks. No one here seems to want to be here or put any effort into their job. Servers make you feel like tips are a given and you're putting them out to ask for a refill, cooks don't pay attention, and the few managers I've seen definitely don't want to be there.
