I grew up in Philly and New York. Need I say more. Oh, yeh, I'm a Jewish. Like many restaurants, ""good"" depends on what you order. If you've had smoked fishes from Zabar's, Barney Greengrass, etc., you'll want your money back after eating Sherman's Nova, Baked Salmon, etc. If you want a fairly good Pastrami, Corned Beef or Salami, you'll be in good shape. Only major complaint is their rye bread. I've eaten their a couple of dozens times and each time I ordered a sandwich it tastes like yesterday's rye. Speaking of which...the best Rye bread on the planet can be found at LANGER'S in down town L.A.
Pros: Only Jewish deli within 150 miles.
