After trying several other Chinese restaurants, I highly recommend Guilin's as the only place to get Chinese food. My favorite dish is their walnut shrimp. The shrimp are served hot with a sweet walnut glaze. Under the shrimp are crispy rice noodles (I think) and candied walnuts. It's rich, decadent, and almost like a dessert. Mmmmm... Another distinct dish is the fried yam appetizer, served with sweet and sour sauce. Only order this is you have 3 or 4 people, otherwise you'll never eat your dinner! Guilin's has an extensive vegetarian menu as well.
Pros: easy parking, great food
Cons: if you dine in, bring a sweater
