One of the worst things about the layoff from my job is that I can no longer afford to drive out to Southlake to eat at Kobeya. This restaurant literally has the best and freshest sushi I have ever had. The wait staff is very friendly and helpful. When we would bring in people that were vegetarian, they were very careful to make sure that our friends had great tasty food as well. Most sushi places these days are pretentious and over-priced, not Kobeya. You get great food, large portions, and great atmosphere for a great price. I would suggest this restaurant to anyone, sushi fan or not. If you ARE a sushi fan in the Dallas area, you definitely have to check this place out. It is worth the drive.
