I first started looking for a dress back on the east coast over Christmas and had fallen in love with one, but everyone kept telling me to keep looking. I then came back to LA and went to so many bridal stores. I went to high end boutiques and cramped ones downtown, but couldn't find one that I loved. I did a search for the first dress I found and Lili's had it. I called there to make an appointment and from the moment they answered the telephone they were so kind. They indeed had the dress and put it aside for me. I ended up being an hour early for my appointment, cause I was coming from another store with no selection. And from the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. The girl who was supposed to take me was on her break, so Tiffany offered to helped me, I was completely fine with waiting since I was early and Tiffany went out of her way to help me. I told her what I wanted in a dress and not even knowing that I had the owner had put one aside for me, she took me over to the dresses and searched for a Watters gown and then showed it to me. I said that was the one I came in for, and we both started laughing. She pulled a few more and she even let me try on one that we both loved, but that was completely out of my price range, just for fun.\r

The entire staff was so sweet and honest, never pushy. I tried the one I had fallen in love with a month before on last and everyone just loved it (even though it was 1,000 dollars less than another one I liked- the seamstress told me ""That's the one."")\r

Tiffany, Lisa and everyone there were not only extremely helpful, and honest, but were just lovely women to talk with as I was trying on dresses. If you want a shop that makes you feel like home and really listens to you, look no further. oh AND they let me know about an upcoming trunk show where my dress would be further reduced...how great is that?
