WE HAD MONEY STOLEN FROM THE LOCKED BRIDAL SUITE DURING OUR WEDDING-The only people that had keys were the employees and two of them were seen going upstairs right before it came up missing. There are no other rooms upstairs besides the bridal suite so I am not sure what reason they would have to be there.\r

THERE IS A RUDE FRONT DESK PERSON THAT GREETS YOUR BRIDAL PARTY- There is a snobby feminine acting male that someone in management thinks is a good greeter for people coming to their place of business. There was a Christmas tree that was intended for club members to buy gifts for kids who go to Thomas J. Pappas School (a school for children that come from poor economic backgrounds). This tree had a wish list from the kids. We asked a little bit of information on how we could participate and he was extremely rude and unhelpful. Later when it came for the rehearsal dinner, members of our party had to pass him and ask where the rehearsal was to take place.\r

THEY CALLED THE SHERIFF IMMEDIATELY- I was sitting at our table and saw a uniformed sheriff walk through with an employee. I went over to them and asked if there was a problem. Apparently ONE of our guests had made their own drink and it was in a different kind of dixie cup. The Staff member said many people where doing this- When I went around to check on all guests, there was only ONE person. The rude staff member could have came and spoke to a member of the bridal party, family or groom. There was one person who had a different cup and the overzealous staff jumped and called law enforcement creating a disturbance -because of one person with one cup!\r

Not all staff was bad, the head lady was very organized, polite and sweet. The place is beautiful and it captivated our guests. Our own pastor was fantastic. It seems like the administration has created a wonderful place for people to seal such a special occasion. The problem is that the actual staff (not all-but many) are unhappy and it shows.
Pros: Very beautiful place
Cons: You may have to worry about theft, a rude greeter and overzealous agressive employees.
