Michael matched me with trainers I really liked ,and I was given opportunities to try different things in order to find something I really enjoyed doing. I found that a combination of Pilates and Yoga best fit my needs and desires, and I really looked forward to each session. Best of all, I could see the improvement over time in my strength, flexibility and (yes) the waistline. I loved it!!
