This is not a landscape company. They are more like a gardening service (at best) and they are compeleely incapable. We spent a lot of money on plants, grass, lights and sprinklers and basically nothing works. The plants they planted are dead because they sat in the Santa Ana winds, unwatered, for three weeks before they were planted. My garden lights do not work, the sprinklers only water certain areas of the expensive sod we paid for, and they show up unannounced on the weekends and after hours during the week. Several times we asked them to plant certain plants, or do certain things and they always did something different. They do not listen to their clients and there is no collaboration. They used a spray plant killer that made my dog sick, one of their employees showed up at my house and jumped my security gate to get onto our property and their four week job turned into a five month disaster. I just had to hire another company to come in and replant new plants, lay additional sprinklers and basically finish the job that was never completed. This company is not trustworthy and is completely incompetent.
