My first visit was excellent, the frontdesk staff were so efficient and knowledgeable, they really treated me as a person not as a patient with a number. Dr. Merchant was so friendly and informative and put me at ease. See I had heavy bleeding and menstrual cramps and had been treated for endometrioses but did not find any improvement. Dr. Merchant was very patient and listened and answered all my concerns in a very professional manner. She suggested a biopsy at my next appointment at the office.\r

Before my biopsy, I had a number of lab tests done and during the visit the medical assistant assured me that all would be well since I was in very good hands with Dr. Merchant. At the time of my biopsy, I was very nervous but Dr. Merchant was very gentle and kind and explained the procedure and its aftermath to me. I can gratefully say that I have never encountered such a wonderful doctor who treats her patients with dignity and compassion. I for one will always be a faithful patient of Dr. Merchant?s and urge everyone out there to come and experience this wonderful care.\r
