I started pilates about 6 months ago at Harmony Pilates. I was nervous because I had never done pilates before. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and motivating the instructors were. The thing I have been most impressed with is their attitude! The classes are small, so every class is almost like a private session! It is an open and fun atmosphere at Harmony! In the past 4 months, I have had to have minor surgery to get an ovarian cyst removed and have also lost my my job. A very stressful time for me.....I can honestly say that Harmony Pilates has helped me through this time. My outlook on my health and well being have improved so much in the past 2 months. The classes help with my stress level and Susan helps to keep me inspired and motivated! If you are looking to start pilates or are not getting the individual attention you need at your current class, I highly recommend Harmony Pilates!
