Our table had the sugar cured pork chops, ribeye, chicken fried steak, filet mignon and NY strip. All were cooked to our specifications and tasted divine. Get the peppercorn sauce! We also enjoyed the onion rings and onion/tomato/mozzarella salad. The cheese is made on-site and was very mild. LOVED the mashed potatoes. They are a garlic & roasted tomato flavor - so good! We made reservations and appreciated the fact that we were not rushed. Our tea glasses were kept full as were our bread/butter baskets. True signs of attentive wait staff!\r
