we see on their menu it says duck carpaccio............UH, YEAH!\r

we were really impressed with this young chefs menu. Gotta say, really impressed\r
we actually went back a few days ago again, ordered the house made pasta's, they have the most outrageous olive oil they use to finish most dishes, and the flavor of really good olive oil, actually is well, alarming, when you realize what we as foodies are used to, man the professionals get the good stuff, don't they. really fun , creative menu
