I have been a tenant at pinehurst for almost 4 years. I rented from pinehurst because it was affordable, comfortable and in a great location. My intentions were just to stay the year and move closer to work downtown. However after getting all moved in and comfortable with my Apartment, It grew on me! I have been around for the numerous building renovations that included all new windows, all new kitchens (cupboards,counter tops, etc) and a ventilation system. I have had a few small maintenance issues along the way but the maintenance staff took care of me right away. To anybody looking for a quiet, cozy, cheap apartment that has a management company that actually cares, than look no further. :)
Pros: GREAT LOCATION! AFFORDABLE, GREAT STAFF
Cons: NOT THE BIGGEST BUT STILL COZY
