How can you go wrong with sandwiches and dip? Well, Alexa's can! The fruit tray consisted of grapes--that's it; the ""crostini"" for the artichoke dip was just sliced baquette, not toasted, which resulted in a soggy mess; the salmon spread was so salty it was inedible; all this for over $1000! I was embarassed to have this food at my event and actually spent the night apologizing to my guests. You would do much better getting Safeway deli trays if you are looking for a simple sandwich & veggie spread.
