Shouldn't a dry cleaner get clothes CLEAN? 1/15/2009

San Antonio cleaners can never seem to actually get out stains (or even relatively minor spots / dirt / deodorant). The owner guy always gets really really really defensive any time I even mention a complaint to this effect (he always starts yelling and blaming me, which is so unbelievably rude and unprofessional). \r \r Also, once, I brought in a pair of pants with no stain. When I got them back and put them on to wear the next week, there was a huge, oily-looking circular stain on the back of the knee. Looked like some cleaner had been spilled on it or something. I took the pants back, and they refused to re-clean the pants because I hadn't saved my receipt (who saves a dry cleaning receipt?!?). I had frequented this place for about 2 years and the salespeople recognized me (so it's not like it was some stranger who might be pulling a scheme to get free cleaning), but the owner threw a fit and basically accused me of lying, saying that I must have gotten the stain on the pants. Only when another customer walked in and was going to be a witness to their yelling and horrible customer service did they finally agree to re-clean the pants. (The stain came out.) Pros: Close to my house (that's the only reason I went) Cons: Mean owner, often unable to remove spots / stains, not cheap more
