I ordered some boots Jan. 2, received an email Jan. 5 saying they were unavailable and I would be credited for the boots, which was fine. \r \r #1) they charged my debit card (my bad for not using my CC, i know) before they even checked to see if the boots were still in stock. Normally i'm charged once the item is shipped.\r \r #2) Monday, Jan 12, still no credit was reflecting on my bank account so I called customer service who said they had credited my account earlier that day. When I checked my email that evening they coincidentally had sent me something saying they credited my account. nothing. \r \r #3) I sent them an email this morning basically asking when i'll get the $$, they emailed back a generic email basically saying contact my bank. \r \r #4) Just got off the phone with my bank. no credits are pending. It's been 12 days since i first placed the order.\r \r #5) Filing a claim with my bank if the $$s not there tomorrow. \r \r DO NOT USE BOOTBARN!!!!!!!!! Pros: They look like they have great stuff for a good price. Cons: It's all a lie more
