I was very impressd with the understanding the staff and manager had of my sittuation,\r
Everyone I knew from my mother to my boyfriend told me to go city tire\r
FInaly I did. I had 2 tires put on the front of my car in less than an hr. I recived tires with 65,000 mile for less then $150 bucks!\r

A few days later my tire fell into the wheel rim from a faulty k-frame. at the time we didint knwo that and warren the manager offerd to tow my car at the stores expense to figure out what was going on.\r

He told my boyfriend what the problem was and because it was no fault of theres i would be responsible for the tow fee.\r

he gave us a qoute for the work and we went on a search for the part.\r
all of this happend the day before christmass.\r
it took over a week to get the part .\r
they stored my car free of charge because it was unsafe to drive .\r
\r
the tow and labor cost me $325\r
\r
they were fair and understanding of my sittuiation.\r
\r
i will continue to go there because of this.
