This place was very rude, not friendly towards me or my dogs. They were unwilling to help during an emergancy, they handled my 8 week old puppy very roughly. They were rude to me when I asked how much their services cost. They said I shouldn't ask if I couldn't afford it. I've had dogs for over 30 years and I have NEVER met a vet so uncaring and unfriendly as these people are. \r

I left and took my pets to Mooresville Animal Hosptial on Hwy 21 and those people had MUCH better prices, they were very friendly, they treated my dogs like their own, were very gental and caring and explained things and answered questions in a language I could understand. \r

STAY AWAY FROM LAKE NORMAN ANIMAL HOSPITAL!
