The staff here is extremely kind and considerate of the difficult decision you are having to make and go through. The fact that you are able to have someone in the room with you be it a friend, boyfriend, fiancee etc. also adds to the support system as well. The procedure is quick and they talk you through the whole thing. I would recommend this office to anyone who has privacy issues or any fear of a painful and horrible expirience, all that goes away and you are able to go about your day.
