Had high expectations but they started us out being seated 45 minutes AFTER or 8:30 reservation time ... chased that with continually slow service and an undercooked filet that was 1/3 fat (mashed potatoes were OK) ... wife had crab-stuffed shrimp with crab suffing fine but shrimp rubbery/inedible. Sounds eerily familiar to review before this one which is also from December 2008 ... bad batch of meat? I won't be back to spot check. In any case the less-than-ordinary experience topped with high pricing left me wishing I had walked out before my 45 minute wait came to an end. Just another chain ... is this the old Bonanza Steakhouse reborn?
