I've been going to Philip Marie about six times a year for seven years, though I don't live in the neighborhood.. I love it--inside, outdoors, any time of day or year, for lunch, brundh, dinner. The menu is interesting, wine list is super, the service is always pleasant, and I love to take out of towners there for a ""real New York bistro"" experience. My favorite at lunchtime is the parsley salad with ham. What a great idea! And so delicious.
