Five stars for Sushi on Rainbow... literally. Sushi on Rainbow is on the NE corner of Rainbow & Spring Mountain and their food here is superb! I believe it's $20 all-you-can-eat lunch & $25 all-you-can-eat-dinner. Their ingredients are always delicious and at the peak of freshness. There are very few places in Las Vegas where you can find affordable (and good) all-you-can-eat sushi. Sushi Roku at the Fashion Show has very Americanized sushi and The Original Osaka is ""ok"" but rather expensive. Even SushiSamba at the Palazzo/Venetian is too trendy for its own good. The authenticity and flavor just isn't there. Be sure to pick up a Buy 9 get 1 free (or something in that nature). Even more opportunity to get your money's worth and so much more.
Pros: Value, Menu Selection (uni is off menu-try it-it's delicious), Authenticity & Flavor, no fluff
Cons: Location (Rainbow & Sp. Mtn isn't the safest place at 9pm)
