I love the staff at this jewelry boutique. They are attentive and really listen to what you want, give an honest opinion about items you are considering, and are very knowledgable. I have a really difficult time believing the negative reviews here, in fact I don't, really. I have never encountered a staff member with a bad attitude. I have been a loyal, faithful, repeat customer for a few years. Their prices are very fair, and I love the selection. My favorite part is their custom work. I have not found any jeweler who is the least bit willing to take on custom work or repair work like Steve Quick is, from something simple to something creative. I have been completely thrilled with everything I have purchased from them and that my husband has bought for me. I have had many repairs done, and a number of custom items created: changing out earring backs, finding a chain to go with a pendant, creating a custom ring, you name it. My husband and I both had our wedding bands re-worked, mine with significant changes to add additional diamonds the whole length around. I am amazed at what they can do, the results were wonderful. I price shopped these custom items, and felt their prices were very fair. I am a very loyal and happy customer, and have a really hard time believing the negative reviews here. I would recommend them to my best friend or sibling when they are looking for an engagement ring or any fine jewelry item.
