King's Crossing/Tara's Place is NOT pet friendly. They spray chemicals on the lawns and do pay the extra money to have the company put signs up. Not to mention that the chemicals will cause extreme ILLNESSES in animals and can cause.
Pros: Water's paid for, rents washer's and dryers
Cons: Poor lighting, parking lots have pot-holes, not pet friendy, no security staff
