I exchanged half-a-dozen email with them to setup an appointment and make sure they would have what I needed. Since I was coming from almost an hour away, I didn't want to do this more than once. When I got there for my appointment, the individual that setup the appointment was not there and nobody else knew to expect me. They said it was his day off and they were short-handed. And then they said it would be a 5-6 hour wait (instead of the 2-3 hour wait they had quoted me) to get everything installed. Needless to say, I will not do business with these guys. Maybe I wasn't spending enough money to make my business important to them.
