We went through this bar on New Year's Eve 08/09 after reading a review in the local paper, and were certainly not disappointed! It's actually a bit easy to miss this place, as it's off in the Mandalay Place rather than the casino itself. The layout is certainly like a sports bar, but the booths are really comfortable and contain your own TV, which enabled us to see the whole awesome Robbie Maddison display from the Strip in ease (Aussie, Aussie, Aussie, oi oi oi!). Also, the beer selection is worth a look, with a huge imported display and range on draft.
The burgers are custom made to your specifications, and the choice of toppings is plentiful and they give you the price per item up front. The portobello mushrooms were amazing, as were the sweet potato fries, and they got the burger right - I have had steak houses mess up ""medium-rare""! Also, save room for dessert, as the chocolate burger is amazing! Also, top marks go to the staff here; we rocked up on NYE with no booking, and only waited 5 minutes for a table; plus, everything came out correct and on time. Seriously, this is the best burger place I've found yet in the U.S. - definitely give it a go!
