I moved into the apartments in August of 2008 and signed a 6 month lease. Upon moving in the managers seemed friendly and helpful. The apartment, though small, seemed cute and livable until further investigation. There was a huge stain in the middle of the main room, unattached closet doors, the upstairs window doesn't properly close, the front door doesn't lock properly, and there appears to be dark mold growing in the laundry room attached to our apartment.
Pros: affordable, laundry on site, within walking distance to public library and Meijer
Cons: poor management, no storage, small
