I TOOK MY TV IN FOR REPAIR. IT TOOK OVER 2 WEEKS AND NUMEROUS CALLS TO EVEN GET AN ANSWER ON REPAIRS. THEY LIE, AND DON'T REALLY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. I AGREE THAT THEY NEED TO TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE 101. THEY PROBABLY REALIZE THAT THEY ARE THE ONLY GAME IN TOWN AND ARE VERY ARROGANT. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN!!
