My brother and I had dinner here last night (Sunday 1/04/09) at 5:30 pm. We both just loved it! I had been here before and had similar experiences. I had the Wiener Schnitzel (beaded veal) with Spatzele (German noodles) & white beans as my side dishes. It was delicious, though the Spatzele could have been a little warmer. My brother had Schweine (Pork Loin) along with some Sauerkraut on the side. He loved it! I sampled his food and also liked it very much. I also ordered the Gerst Sampler as an appetizer. I believe it consisted of Fried Oysters, Kraut Ball, Potato Pancake, and Ham Breads. It was all very tasty. We also got a pitcher of a Light German beer (can't remember the name) which was quite nice. Our server was a young woman named Kellye - who was very helpful and gave excellent service. This is a great place if you're willing to try something different. Not for someone who's just wanting an ""Applebee's"" kind of dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant - give it a try.
