My name is Patrick and I've had a relationship with Zyzyx since 2001 and I've never had any problems with this establishment. I am a loyal customer and have purchased well over $20,000.00 worth of very unique and one of kind pieces. I have purchased a several vases there which range from cost $3,800.00 to $5,000.00 and the artist (Gundi) who designed them wanted to use the most recent vase I purchased there in a photo shoot for a magazine article that she was being featureed in. when I went to pick it up from Zyzyx, it was gone. The store offered to loan me a $25,000.00 piece for the weekend until they got my piece back from the artist. I refused to take it home which was $22,000.00 more than the vase I had purchased that day and was there to pick up to take home before my guests arrived at my home. Zyzyx has been nothing but friendly. Especially Jerry. She's a great person. As far as being snooty, I've not experienced that there from day one I walked in there which was different from my other experiences with Jewish people who own other stores in that area.
