We purchased Romina furniture a while ago and I had some questions and also needed a touch-up pen; I called the company today and a live person answered right away, responded to all my questions, very helpful, very polite, the quality of their customer service matches the quality of their furniture and on top of that they will mail me a FREE touch-up pen. When we bought the Nerva set, the sales person told me that it's the best furniture he has ever seen, he is definitively right. Their products are not cheap but if you want to buy the best for a few hundreds more that the China made stuff, look into Romina furniture. Good luck!
