My brother has been a resident of Seton Manor, an HIV residence for addicted people, since approx. 2000 or 2001. They used to do urine tests and no longer do. He claims heroin is widely available in the facility today. Alcohol is readily abused by other residents and my brother, who also is abusing numerous prescription , e.g. several prescriptions of Lorazaepam (prescribed by different doctors), Klonepin, morphine, etc., etc.
