I have been collecting comics for a number of years and have been to many comic book stores, this one is by far the worst. The staff knows absolutely nothing about comic books and they refuse to help their customers. They also have a usary system of paying them to be long term customers, very weird. Oh, and they charge over suggested retail price for variants from the day they come out, like the opposite of what any good collector should look for in a comic store. Only in Bizarro World would a comic book store treat their customers like this.
