I am a 65 year old Great-Grandmother and own a 2003 Mercury that I purchased new. It had been shifting hard and making some noise. I went to the Yellow pages and found a transmission co that had been in business for 40 years called Coxco Transmissions. I called them and asked if they could check my car and see if something was wrong with the transmission. I made an appointment to bring the car in and spoke to a representative named Robby. He told me there was no charge for inspecting the transmission but would probably take about an hour. I waited in their waiting room and was told by Robby, that there appeared to be no internal damage but would recommend an oil change since I had never had it changed. They changed the transmission oil and made some kind of adjustment. I was charged $69.95 for there service and sent on my way. It was the best money I could ever have spent. The car shifts perfectly and makes no noise. I am grateful for their honesty and help. They could have charged me much more and I would not have questioned it. I will tell all my friends and relatives about this and recommend Coxco Transmissions to them. I have since been back for engine oil changes and a tune up. Same results everytime.
Pros: Great service and frindly personel
