My husband and I were stranded in TN on our way home to IN because of a water pump. They got the vehicle Monday morning and stated to us at 11am that it would be finished in 1hour. We got there at 1pm. Not finished yet and everyone was at lunch, so we waited around until 4pm and were told it would not be done that day, because they found ""something else"" wrong with it. We had to stay in a hotel the night before since the pump blew around 8pm on Sunday night. So again had to spend the night in the hotel. My husband goes there on Tues. around 12pm. They said it would be done that day, he waited around all day mind you until 7pm when they close and what's this vehicle will not be done today again. Another hotel night stay. At no time have they offered to pay for the hotel for our inconvience of continuously telling us it would be done and not providing the vehicle. My husband asked several times if we could ""rent or borrow"" a vehicle from them for the inconvience and was told no. Nor did we rent our own car because we kept being told, it will be done today. I am VERY dissatisfied with this dealership and I would not recommend it to ANYONE! Needless to say my husband is still in TN waiting for the vehicle to be completed.
