Craziest landlady in this world. Manages only about 30 units and for some reason has an asst manager. Takes off all the time, especially between 2-3pm to watch ""her story"". Never answers the emergency phone number that was provided. Has nothing better to do than to write letter after letter complaining about pets and where your visitors park, etc, etc. Been waiting for over 4 months now to have a very simple repair made. I have asked her about it and was told lie after lie. Told my neighbor that the exterminator told her to move everything she has in her kitchen to move it all outside, which ruined alot of her stuff, the exterminator said he never told her that. She also told me, when i was moving in, all sorts of personal things about my new neighbors. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Also, the units are NOT insulated well, I have NEVER had such high bills in my life. Its a nice area, IF the owner would insulate the place and put someone that is reasonable in charge. I WISH I KNEW THIS BEFORE I MOVED IN.
