Want to be completely ignored when requesting simple escrow documents? Want to be repeatedly told that the escrow company has no time for you because they are too busy with closings so your requests for a fully executed contract will be pushed off for three weeks? Want to send an e-mail, then have your buyer call and ask for the same thing you requested in that e-mail, only to have the buyer be told that it has NEVER been requested? Want to beg and beg and beg the people who directed you to use that escrow company to get you the information escrow should be distributing? Then use this company! It's the worst escrow company I have EVER experienced. Don't put your business on the line by contracting with them. Insist on any other escrow company you can think of. This is the most horrible, backward, slow, and rude escrow company in Texas. Marisa DeMitri is the rudest escrow officer in town and she works for Stewart Title at Prosperity Escrow.
