Contaced American Home Shield for a service call concering my HVAC unit. I was having problems with it heating. I had emergency heat before tech came out. He showed up at approximately 330 pm. During his troubleshooting he supposidly blew a fuse and noted a couple of other issues. Did not tell my 37 week pregnet wife that the er heat wasn`t going to work. Began calling the answering service at 9pm until 1 am. awaiting the on call tech to call me back to tell me were the blown fuse is. No one has called back. I have checked online with Better Buisness Bureau of nashville and they have complaits against them. I am beginning to question the home warreenty i have purchased from American Home Shield. I will let ya`ll know how this ends.
Pros: I wish i had one!
