I am writing this so that people do not have to go through what I went through converting to natural gas. National Grid was great when the job fell into burner kings hands things went south quickly. Did not want to live up to terms of the proposal. Constantly wanted more money for the job. Long delays in getting heat and when I finally did and paid them the next day I had no heat. I don't know what to do. I am freezing. I have never written a review about anyone but I really want to save people the hassle of working with them. Terrible experience. RUN AWAY.
