The saying is ""there are no good managment companies"", however we are bound to find one. Our experience with Harris has been mixed. Overall we are not happy with them since they continue to raise their fees and to perform fewer duties that are outlined in the contract. Our biggest complaint is the lack of communication and no response to email or telephone messages. Our bills are not paid timely with shut off notices on our property by the gas company and vendors complaining they haven't been paid in months. The main reason we are not satisfied is that the owner will not accept responsbility for any of it and has an excuse or rationale for all of it. The tone is condescenting and not professional. He wrote the definition for sarcasm. We moved our business elsewhere and are paying 2/3 of what we paid Harris to not manage our affairs. We are optimistic that our next management company experience will be better.
