It's not a huge company so there are limits as to who may pick up the phone in Customer Service. I've spoken to two different women. Both prejudged my needs and immediately started in with an ugly attitude. They sound as if every phone call is a complaint and a protest of too high electric charges so much so that they're unable to even hear what I've asked them for. I had a legitimate question. What are these charges in this column of my bill? Instead of answering me, she chose to blast back with something to the effect of ""that's how it's done and you will have to pay it."" Whoa! I HAD to say, ""Look...I'm not complaining and I'm not threatening to withhold payment or anything, I'm just asking a simple question and I'd like an answer, please."" They sound like some burned out and used up government employees. They are curt, condescending and flat out rude.
