The food here is awful, especially the steak. They have lots of stupid things on the menu like buffalo and ostrich - stuff nobody would likely eat so yopu end up ordering a steak. I am hear to tell you the meat was really not good at all. Each of us got a steak, ribeye or NY strip, and each of us was bitterly disappointed. The meat was not prime. In fact it could not have been choice either. I think they refreeze the meat as it is really tough and chewy. Itis also full of gristle rather than nicely marbled since it is dry. The worst of it is the service. We vcomplained about the meat being inedible and the manager challenges us about what we know about meat! It was strange but then so was the whole evening. This was like a bad acid trip and we will never go back to Jonathan's.
