Very disappointing experience with this merchant ? I would not recommend it to anyone! Brought my PC for a diagnostic issue that they could not even resolve, yet they charged me $70. When I brought my PC home, I found out that the Windows was reinstalled and I could not even restore the PC to an earlier date. My programs did not work. I had to spend over four hours restoring and re-registering Windows. Fortunately, I knew how to do it. Some less fortunate souls would be out of luck. Moreover, they treat you in a very condescending manner as if YOU were doing THEM a service. Sad, but true!

Cons: Everything else!
