I have been here before with a different sylist and had an amazing color and cut. When I went back she was unavailable so they booked me with someone else. I explained that I didn't want light highlights. ""I have dark hair) I also explain I wanted them to stay staggered not right down the part. Ugh, the end result was terrible. It was way too light and straight down the middle. Her offer to fix it was to use dark shampoo!! Are you kidding me? I told her NO, that would not work. She then mixed up a different color which she put over the highlights. I could not believe it when I looked at the bill and saw she charged me for the color to fix it!! I will not be going back, I am already looking for a place to fix what she did!
