I have had only good experiences at Nippon. Don is like your long-time buddy who you always trust to give you advice on your car (except that he barely knows you and he actually is a top-notch mechanic). He likes what he does and is happy to help you out. He seems to be allergic to performing unnecessary work (something that some dealers have built into their business model) but if you insist, he will perform the services, I think. He does charge a fair price on the work he does do. I trust his judgment and respect his honesty. He does work short hours (closes in the early afternoon) so be mindful of that. He still finds ways of accommodating your schedule and he is a really nice guy.
