The truth is, both times I have visited this particular location there have been problems that have not arisen from the same tasks done by other Kinko's stores. I believe it is simply a matter of incompetence at this location.
Pros: None that I could see.
Cons: Nothing got completed and I wasted my time, yet again, my mistake that I won't make again.
