My dog came home with fleas for the first time in the 4 years we have had her from this kennel. The owner insisted that she must have had fleas before being brought out to him and that she could not possibly have gotten them from her stay there. They did not offer any compensation for the $50 we paid for her weekend stay OR for the vet costs of having to have her treated for the flea infestation that she came home with. We will NEVER use this kennel again...mostly because of the rude attitude of the owners about this situation and their complete unwillingness to take ANY responsibility for my dog suddenly having fleas after 2 days with them.
Pros: They're affordable
Cons: Owners are not willing to be held responsible for issues that arise
