The first time they were great. As was the second and third time... and then the service started to crash and burn. They missed an appointment and I had guests that night. The apologies were profuse. They started to skimp on the dusting and cleaning, nothing major, so not worth complaining about. (They no longer dusted shelves or moved objects but simply dusted around them and unplugged my TV for some unknown reason.) Then they cleaned some stuff with the wrong solution leaving marks on my furniture. Someone had to come out and fix it and the note they left behind was very rude. Apparently streaks and marks weren't important. Then the last straw came when the supposedly same crew I had had for months came and cleaned items that I had specifically asked not to be touched since the very first time and every other time I had used the service. The best was when they picked up the do not touch note, dusted under it and put it back. I also liked when they used cleaning products on the flat screen digital TV that were not made for the TV. The response when I complained was to assure me I wouldn't pay for the cleaning, which I did since they never removed the charge. And to send out another crew after I specifically asked them not to send anyone ever again. Also I was told how to re-clean my TV to fix it as this had happened before. If you want damaged expensive furniture this is the company for you!
