Business office doesn't return calls for days, if ever. I had to call 4 times! Billed insurance wrong and it took 6 months to get them to correct it and they would not return the calls from my ins. company at all. When my Dr. left I was not notified until AFTER I had made return visit to see the PA and they told me. The office just kept seeing his patients, and that is poor quality of care! more
