My husband purchased a Chrysler 300, not the new one, from the store located on Pat Booker in Universal City and was charged way to much for the condition of the car was in. The dashboard had a huge flaw in it, there was no insulation to block sound on the passenger side front door (so you always thought the door was open and could hardly hear anybody talk; it also leaked when it rained), only the side door interior lights worked, the lighter did not work, the rear defrost didn't work, the car overheated a lot and bothe of the mirrors were being held on with black tape. Yet they charged him over $8000 for this car. Numerous times he tried to get them to fix the insulation problem, but they never did. He had to pay out of his own pocket , over $600 dollars to fix the overheating problem, on top of his contracted payments. Also, they will come and take your car without even contacting you. My husbands car was taken, because they said he didn't make a payment, but he had the receipt showing that he did pay them. They did not call him or anything and then would not give him back his car because the person he made the payment to wasn't at work. It took almost a week to get the car back and when he did, they had gone through all of his stuff in the car and were trying to put it back on the lot to sale again. My husband is a truck driver and doesn't get paid unless he works, they cost my family over $800 of our monthly income when this happened. They offered no apology. If you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle from them, I say DON'T DO IT. You will regret! more
